Scheduling A Consultation

During the consultation, the physician will review your personal and family health history; examine your abnormal veins (utilizing Duplex Ultrasound), and develop an individualized diagnosis and treatment plan.

For your convenience you may bring a pair of shorts, a list of medications, your insurance card and a list of questions for the physician for your visit.
